How to manually update.

Visit the link above.
You will require a PC or Mac with a minimum 64Gb memory stick
Download & install the Navigation updater program
Insert the USB drive
Run the navigator update program.
Choose your make & model year.
When it prompts to format the USB drive then always format it otherwise the update will not work.
(make sure you only have one USB drive inserted otherwise you could format the wrong one)
The files are then downloaded and extracted and copied to the USB drive.
When the navigation updater has finished you should select close program & remove temp files
(on a slow laptop it can take 3 hours)
When the program has closed down either dismount the drive if your know how to do that or close windows down by clicking on start menu then shutdown.
Failing to dismount the drive correctly will stop the update working.
Remove the USB drive
turn the car on and switch to Utility Mode
Insert the USB drive.
Update should start with on screen prompts
