President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. presides over the 21st National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Board Meeting at the State Dining Room in Malacañan Palace on October 16, 2024.

During the meeting, the Chief Executive approves the Mindanao Transport Connectivity Improvement Project (MTCIP) and the Philippines' Health System Resilience Project Phase 1.

The MTCIP aims to improve the transportation network in Mindanao that would benefit farmers and fishermen in the region.

Meanwhile, the Health System Resilience Project will strengthen the country’s capacity for health emergency prevention, preparedness and response, especially in vulnerable areas.
