1. Update OS - Operating System

2. Update Browser

3. Update wallet software

4. Update Ledger Hardware wallet

5. Turn off your LedgerX to reset any held memory

6. Don't have multiple hardware wallets connected to your computer at one time.

7. Close all other wallets and connections that you've previously made. Don't try to connect to multiple wallets at once. Close Ledger Live!

8. Try using Firefox or another browser if you are getting errors or stuck

9. Make sure you are using the original cable that came with your Hardware Wallet
