On New Year's eve COTU secretary general Francis Atwoli is set to announce the name of the person who he says will be the Luhya spokesperson. Ahead of the event, preparations are underway to ensure everything is in place. Namukabo Werungah reports that the COTU boss insists that the event will be a success despite objections from some of the leaders.
