Use this walkthrough of phase one of Operation: High Road in Sly 2: Band of Thieves to free Carmelita from prison, using Bentley's hacking skills, then chase down Neyla and claim the Clockwork Eye as your prize. When you've got it, the getaway phase of the operation will begin, in part two of Operation: High Road.

Beginning the operation with Murray, head through the city, until you reach your waypoint. When you switch to Sly, use your glider to sail across to the blimp. Once there, battle a couple of werewolf guards, then head into the blimp, and let the cutscene carry you and Bentley to the mind control tower.As Bentley, log on to the terminal on the wall on the left to hack the program controlling Carmelita's restraints. There are plenty of enemies in this cyber world, so be quick and precise with your controls. Keep battling them, while you slowly wear away the barrier of energy in your path. Get through, and activate the machine there to free Carmelita from her long suffering captivity. In the ensuing cutscene, she'll escape, and chase the Contessa out of the room. When Neyla shows up, use Sly to follow her through the city, using your glider liberally when she busts out hers. This is the toughest chase so far, due to the glider's involvement, and the many elements you'll need to use to keep pace with the fleeing constable. Follow her trail, as you've become accustomed to doing, until she runs right into one of the Contessa's giant spider webs, at which point you'll finally be able to get your paws on the Clockwork Eye you've been after for so long. But there's still your escape to deal with.
