Roya's experience of different cultures as a child: As a young child adjusting to new cultures, Roya was focused on the next steps of the journey and making the most of each moment, rather than differences between places. This perspective helped her adapt during multiple big moves.

Roya's struggle with depression for a decade: After having children, Roya experienced constant exhaustion, low energy, and lack of patience. She realized her symptoms were abnormal and sought help, leading her to self-healing practices that alleviated her depression.

Roya's journey of self-healing and helping others: Roya shares how exploring communication skills, storytelling, and other tools helped her recover. Committed to preventing others' suffering, she now guides women through building self-worth to live fulfilling lives, combining her unique blend of healing methods.
