At the room puzzle in the main room again, move the rooms/squares as in the vid. No rooms are moved twice in a row. With that said, here is the arrangement: Down, right, up, left, down, left, up, up, right, down, left and finally up.  Go through the door. You will now be in the Lanayru Desert room with quick sand and a timeshift orb. Complete the room and get to the blue symbol of Nayru's Wisdom on the floor. Collect the second Triforce piece (Triforce of Wisdom). Go out of the room and you will now be in the main room again with the room puzzle.
