The First Lady and Minister of Education and Sports Mrs Janet Museveni, who is also the Ntungamo District NRM Chairperson, has urged leaders in Rushenyi County to be determined and ensure that all Parish Model Development funds reach the intended beneficiaries and that the programme is a success.
The First Lady, who is in Ntungamo for a week to monitor progress of the Parish Development Model has so far met the program beneficiaries and other stakeholders at Akatojo Ward to evaluate the implementation of the PDM in Rushenyi County.
She cautioned the leaders against asking for kickbacks from the PDM beneficiaries.
