Ingredients and Measurements:
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
8 cloves garlic crushed
2 scotch bonnet peppers chopped
2-3 pimento peppers chopped
3 tbsp. amchar masala (use as much for the color you want)
1.5 tbsp. ground geera
2 tbsp. green seasoning
salt to taste
1/3-1/2 cup brown sugar (depends on the sweetness you want)
8 very small mangoes sliced (or 4 big ones sliced)
