0 is the open string (C)
1 is Dk (Re koron) please note some setars have an extra Db (re bemol) fret. Mine don't.
2 is D (Re)

2/3 means 3rd fret on the 2nd string
2/1 means 1st fret on the 2nd string etc
a ".." means a rest for about 1/8th note (chang)

a greater than means a slur from one note to another so
C D is a slur from C to D. Youtube does not allow the greater than symbol in the description.
