Controversial former Labor MP Adem Somyurek has slammed the Victorian government for its “toxic culture”, pledging to hold Premier Daniel Andrews to account until next year’s election.
“I’m not a Labor Party politician in exile, I want people to understand that,” he told breakfast radio.
“The Labor Party side seems to have more difficulty in coming to terms with it than I have.
“But I’m here to hold the government to account for the next year.”
