Nicholas Anton, Director of Operations of the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops of the USA, and Spyridoula Fotinis, Director of the Inter-Parish Associations (IPA) Project of the Assembly of Bishops, present the IPA program and its progress since its inception.
