2 more construction workers from Andhra Pradesh have been rescued from under the collapsed building in Porur near Chennai. This increases the number of people brought out live from the rubble to 26. It is being said that several reasons were responsible for the building to collapse, right from unsuitable soil conditions to the building rafts being too weak to support the weight of the building.
