According to popular Facebook posts, cashless society's are a danger to you and your families. Having in China's cashless society for the last 4 years, I had a lot to stay about this post when reading through it.
More often than not, I think people tend to over worry about the potential pitfalls, rather than focusing on just how much benefit there is to gain, for everyone, over something like a cashless society.
