Flat bread recipe and ingredients:
1/2 tsp dry yeast (3 grams)
1/2 tsp salt (3 grams)
125 ml warm water (1/2 cup)
200 grams flour (1 1/4 cups)
500 grams of potatoes
100 grams of cheese
small bunch of parsley
1/2 tsp salt (3 grams)
hot pepper
2 tbsp hot water (30 ml)
olive oil
I use a 250 milliliters cup.
