Sub-Culture as Disruptors to Education and Success
.
Q1: Is there such a thing as a "sub-culture"?
.
A1: Of course--the phenomenon, the very concept of, Culture is not limited to countries, or even to race as define by genes. It can be what is among communities--whether that community be defined by where they are, or simply by where they come from, or by whatever else makes them a group; there is even a term called "Corporate Culture".
.
Q2: How can that affect success or failure?
.
A2: The late Justice Antonin Scalia pointed out that the anti-elitism that is increasingly prevalent in modern times--i.e. the negative attitude of some towards those who succeed--will bring down our Age.
.
Even the comedian Dave Chappelle ridicules his community's mindset of welcoming someone released from prison, but ridiculing someone returning from university.

RELEVANCE TO THE HERALD INSTITUTE: Even in Broken Countries whose immigrants have succeeded elsewhere, and who animatedly speak of their own country's ills, often become defensive when outsiders--whether foreigners or returning emigrant-countrymen--say exactly the same thing.
.
And in the worst Broken Countries, sabotage of those who succeed--burning down shops, spiteful robbery, even burning down a neighbor's tool shed or wrecking his vegetable plot--is a source of great amusement.
.
How exactly can anyone repair such a warped and rotten mindset, except by replacing the paradigm in its entirety--by shaping the norm-setters of future generations? In other words, what is known as THE HERALD METHOD.
