Try this at home (or gym) workout for some full body strength training with little or no equipment. We use only a band and a dumbbell or kettlebell along with things you can find around your home. Our full body strength training workouts tend to have the same format - 3 exercises will be demonstrated (with beginner, intermediate and advanced options) and then you will perform those exercises in a circuit fashion (one after the other), getting as many sets as you can in 15 minutes. Aim for 3-4 sets. More than that and you are working too fast and/or not hard enough. When you are done, return to the video for your next set of 3 exercises, performed in the same fashion. End by returning to the video for your "finisher" - some cardio type activities done interval style.
