• 1 Onion
• Garlic
• 4 tbsp Cooking oil
• Asafoetida (hing)
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• ½ tsp Turmeric powder
• ½ tbsp Salt as required
• 1 & ½ tbsp Red chilli powder
• ½ cup Peanut powder
• 1 & ½ Water
• Curry leaves
