We have made some stress analysis of rear independent suspension. For stress test load we took 1000 kg. Is it good load? We do not know so please say in the comments what you think. Total weight of car with crew is 1160 kg and weight distribution is 51/49 %. Whole suspension is designed that withstand this 1000 kg force accept those 2 pins on knuckle. Pins should bend because it is easy to replace them than upright (knuckle) or suspension arms.

Our budget is limited so we need to design, test and produce rally car parts on our own. Unfortunately, we cannot manufacture everything so your help would be greatly appreciated.
