Keto Style Cilantro lime chicken
1 cup fresh cilantro
1 cup fresh mint
1/4 cup packed tarragon
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/3 of a cup of soy sauce
Fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
5 cloves of garlic
Fresh jalapeño sliced
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 Teaspoon of salt
Blend all ingredients above together
Set aside 3/4 cups to be added and mixed with 1/3 cup avocado Mayo for dip sauce
Remaining marinate mix with the 3 lbs of chicken
- Add 3 pounds of chicken (I used chicken thighs boneless skinless) into a gallon bag and shake up with marinate 5 hours min.
Bake 425 for 35-40 mins
Plate and serve with dipping sauce
