We've mentioned the Anaga Mountains several time since they were right at the doorstop of our temporary home on Tenerife. The Macizo de Teno are the answer to the west of the island to Anaga.

During this Teno hike we got to experience the full spectrum of weather on Tenerife. From cold, foggy and wet, to feeling the full strength of the Canarian Sun back to crazy wind and fog.

Our favorite part of the hike was climbing a little peak off the hiking path to look down into the Teno Valley and see how the fog is rolling over the hills.
