Outreach is Cognizant’s employee-led grassroots social initiatives program that leverages the power of employee volunteerism to drive a culture of purpose. Outreach has provided a platform to our employees worldwide to drive transformative impact in education, environment conservation, community welfare and pro bono volunteering. Since 2007, 200,000 Outreach volunteers in 29 countries have clocked 3.4 million hours of volunteering to impact 700,000 lives, making Outreach one of the largest corporate volunteering initiatives.
