Have you tried NFEP? It is a little more expensive that traditional FEP, but is it worth? I have tested it now in three printers and I have to say, I am very impressed. It is just more forgiving than traditional FEP. I haven’t had to replace it yet, but time will tell how it responds in the long run. For the little bit more expensive it is I plan on using it on all of my printers.
