Antonov failed to reach V1, crashed on Take off after reaching the runway, erupting into a ball of flames.
The date of this crash was 1997. I have little info on this. Couldn't find it on youtube, so I uploaded it. Would like some further information on this. See below.
Stabilized the video, so hope the caption isn't too annoying. Original videographer seems to have parkinsons.. at least it's watchable now.
