***A rare *case* of *congenital* urethral divericulum in **male** kid_* The kid was brought to District Veterinary Polyclinic, with history of difficulty in dribbling of urine and urethral diverticuli. Kid is sedated by inj xylagin and under local infiltration lignocaine with adrenaline.Incision is made over dilated and enlarged portion of urethra ,accumulated urine is drained off ,find out the urethral aperture posterior side of diverticuli, insert catheter upto bladder and fixed catheter with surrounding skin.Continues flow of urine started through catheter. Dilated portion of diverticuli is cut off and skin is sutured.Natural opening of prepucial penis is intact.Tip of glans penis is palpated which was launched in penile tract. In this case penis growth is natural,but urethra has congenital diverticuli just beneath the prepucial opening.Removed the catheter after 10 days of surgery.Now kid is urinating through urethra with out pain and in natural way. Kid was kept on antibiotic for 5 days.
