Today, October 1st, marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. At sunrise, a flag-raising ceremony was held at Tiananmen Square in the capital, Beijing. Over 120,000 people gathered at the square, many of whom arrived throughout the night, with some waiting for nearly 15 hours to witness the ceremony. #PRC75Years
