Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, NIDCOM, has applauded the swift intervention of President Bola Tinubu with the leadership of the United Arab Emirates which resulted in the lifting of the visa ban on Nigerians.
The Chairman and CEO of the Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, in a statement, said the landmark achievement is a unique diplomatic achievement for Nigerians working in the UAE, who could not have their work permits renewed as they can now heave a sigh of relief.
The NIDCOM boss said the intervention will usher in a new era of collaboration and friendship between the two nations.
