Ingredients:
1 pack of snowpeas
1 tablespoon of canola oil (enough to line the pan)
1/2 large red onions (Julienne)
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of black bean garlic sauce (optional) or replace with 2 cloves of garlic.
1 teaspoon of chicken broth (30% less sodium) (optional)
Salt/Pepper to taste
How to prepare snowpeas: make sure to tear the strings on each side of the snowpea. This is a bit time-consuming but it allows the snowpeas to become tender and not stringy. This is the SECRET to the best stir-fry snowpeas recipe!
