Thanksgiving is fast approaching and what better way to end your dinner than with a homemade pumpkin pie! It’s pretty quick and easy to make using store bought pie crust. Just blend all the ingredients, pour into the pie crusts, bake and voila you have delicious pumpkin pie!

Ingredients:
2 frozen pie crusts
1 can (796 ml) pumpkin puree
1 can dulce de leche
(if you would like more sweetness, add ¼ cup sugar)
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbs dark rum
1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
1tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground allspice

Optional garnishes
Candied nuts
Dulce de leche drizzle
Whipping cream
