Ingredients:
- 2 cups Chickpea flour (gram flour)
- 1 large onion
- 1 medium potato
- 1/2 of eggplant
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1-2 green pepper
- Fresh coriander
- Salt, pepper, pepper flakes, turmeric
- 1/2 cup of moong dal (soak in one cup water then blender and add to mixture)
- Water (as needed)
Cook time 20 minutes
