Kad god imate priliku da birate trening ispadne ili trening za stomak ili neki dobar HIIT. Ovoga puta ste izabrali HIIT trening pod nazivom " trening za sagorevanje masti". Ovo ime sam dala jer za samo 8 minuta koliko traje video mozete sagoreti 90 -220 kcal, dok za 8 minuta pesacenja potrosite 22-56 kcal. Zvuci dobro, i jeste. Pored toga, trening je dinamican, sadrzi plesne pokrete, tako da vam sigurno nece biti dosadno. Svaka vezba traje 30 sekundi bez pauze. Ukoliko je potrebno, napravi je, samo nema odustajanja!
