So in this video I use a good precision triangle to check the squareness of the X and Y axis to each other.
The conclusion is that this table is square to within 0.0005" per inch of travel. Not great, but usable for the small parts that you can make on this table.
The usable X travel is 5", in the Y the travel is 2". I did not evaluate the top of the table, that is adjusted when mounting the table to the cutting machine and so is dependent on other factors.
My final conclusion is that this is, for the money, usable for many purposes in the hobby model shop. Does it make your cheap drill press into a super precise high end milling and drilling system, oh good heavens not. But for say cutting a slide valve for a model steam engine it will do. It could even be used to do the cross head ways on a small engine.
