To mark the axes and highlight them enable the "Better NPC Highlight" plugin from the plugin hub.

To highlight the axe hulls and vardorvis head add the following ID's to "Hull" in the Better NPC highlight plugin: "12226,12225". To highlight the thrown axes themselves add "12225, 12227" to the "True Tile ID" section of better npc highlight.

Here are my Vardorvis tile markers / ground markers. You can enable the Ground markers plugin on runelite, right click the world map and select import ground markers to use the exact tiles from the video.
