One of my favorite anarchist builds in Payday 2, using akimbo krinkovs and grimm shotgun. Some flexibility with it: remove a joker, don't take nine lives, maybe even remove parkour.

Scav aced is a bonus for me as I use a lot of ammo, so the extra pack helps! Again, some free points if you don't want it!
