INGREDIENTS:
For The Chorizo Beef Burgers:
16 streaky smoky bacon rashers
500g beef mince
½ teaspoon salt
A good grinding black pepper
2 tablespoons caramelised red onion chutney
200g chorizo sausage ring
8 smoky cheese slices
4 brioche burger buns

For The Lettuce Garnish:
¼ iceberg lettuce
5 gherkins
2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon english mustard

Added Extras:
2 tomatoes sliced
1 red onion mixed with 2 teaspoons vinegar & a pinch of salt
Tomato ketchup

Serves 4
