The trick? We realized the bread is so heavy (almost 3 pounds) it has to hang upside down after baking—otherwise, it collapses into itself! 😲 Many recipes don't mention this, but it's critical and this hanger is made just for panettone. After watching a few videos of panettone disasters (bread falling right out of the mold!), I held my breath and got lucky. Had enough for this year! Don't worry, I made notes.🎄⁠
