I remember when the sour apples in my grandmother's yard ripened, we kids would gather around and, with all the effort, pick these delicious apples. While we were busy picking the apples, my grandmother would go to her garden to gather Mint, chuchagh, and Coriander to make Sib Kooton for us with her kind hands.
Sib Kooton is a delicious dessert made from a combination of sour apples and Dalar (green salt), which makes it incredibly tasty.
🔴 Ingredients:
1.5 kg Sour Apples
50g Coriander
50g Mint
30g Flat Sea Holly
Salt to taste
