On Monday, April 1, executives and guests of NJ Sharing Network will visit the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to commemorate Donate Life Month, which takes place during the month of April to increase awareness of the life-saving benefits of organ and tissue donation.
To mark the occasion, Joe Roth, president and CEO, NJ Sharing Network, joined by members of the NJ Sharing Network Foundation as well as donor families and organ transplant recipients, will ring the NYSE Closing Bell.
About NJ Sharing Network & National Donate Life Month:
NJ Sharing Network is a non-profit, federally designated organization responsible for the recovery and placement of donated organs and tissue for New Jersey residents in need of life-saving transplants. NJ Sharing Network partners with Donate Life America, a not-for-profit national alliance that drives communities to increase their numbers of registered donors. Celebrated in April each year, National Donate Life Month features an entire month of local, regional and national activities to help encourage Americans to register as organ, eye and tissue donors and to celebrate those that have saved lives through the gift of donation.
