pinch of salt
10ml ( 1 tablespoon ) vanilla extract
30 grams ( 2 tablespoons ) corn starch
25 grams ( 1/4 cup ) butter

Cake batter :
3 eggs
100 grams ( 1/2 cup ) soured cream
150 ml ( 1 cup ) vegetable oil
180 grams ( 1 cup ) sugar
240 grams ( 2 cups ) wheat flour
40 grams ( 1/3 cup ) cocoa powder
8 grams ( 1 tablespoon ) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
10 ml ( 1 tablespoon ) vanilla extract
