It's almost five years since two football fans from Tyneside were killed when the plane they were travelling in was shot down over Ukraine. Today, Dutch investigators announced that three Russians and one Ukrainian are being charged with the murder of the 298 passengers and crew.
A trial of the suspects will be held in the Netherlands next year. But the father of one of the North East victims says he doubts whether they will face justice in person. He's been talking to our reporter Helen Ford.
