Chicken Cordon Bleu is one of my favorite dishes because you can stuff the chicken with anything here i show you two different versions one stuffed with traditional black forrest ham and cheese and another with burrata and prosciutto de parma and truffle honey Enjoy
Ingredients Yields 4
2 5-6 oz Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless
6 Slices of black forrest ham
6 Slices of Swiss/Muenster/Mozzarella Cheese Choose your favorite
Kosher Salt
6 ounces of All Purpose Flour
2 eggs mixed with 3 ounces of water mixed
6 ounces of Panko Breadcrumbs
Canola or Vegetable oil
Serve with your favorite sides
