DBV50 Core: compact measuring wheel system that is highly flexible and easy to install.
The measuring wheel system consists of an incremental encoder, an aluminum measuring wheel (200 mm circumference) and a spring arm mechanism. It can be used for measuring linear movements. The DBV50 is highly adaptable to various applications thanks to many encoder mounting options to the spring arm.
The rapid adjustment of the spring pre-tensioning, which is repeatable at any time, makes mounting easy.
Integrated limiting of spring travel protects the springs against possible overload.
Uneven measuring surfaces are not a problem thanks to the spring force of the DBV50 Core. The anti-slip O-ring can be exchanged easy and cheap.
