Pastry Chef Ksenia Penkina makes mirror-glazed cakes and has earned herself the nickname the "Glazing Queen." She experiments with different glazes and color combinations. It can take up to three days to make one cake. All her recipes focus on flavor, but her style remains creative and classy. Ksenia is now teaching other chefs her craft.
