Your 11 p.m. Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio weather forecast for April 4, 2023: While there will likely be a few morning showers, tomorrow afternoon is where wave one begins. We will likely have pop-up showers and storms. These will have all the ingredients necessary to become strong to severe. The timing as the first burst of showers and storms come through will likely be 1-5PM.
Our next round, come just ahead of a strong cold front. We will have heat, moisture, and a lifting mechanism...we need them all to have strong storms form. The thing that could lessen the strength would be more cold cover and overall timing of showers and thunderstorms. We could likely have a break of additional short-lived sunshine before the cold front activity pushes in which again would be extra fuel.
