in this video i demonstrated how to repair how to repair VCC3 Compressor dc inverter control board for fridge refrigerator
it is vcc3 2 speed dc inverter compressor control board. it takes 220V AC single phase and converts it to dc and then the microprocessor inverts dc voltage in 3 phase 230 V 53 Hz to 150 Hz. so that in this way the frequency of drive voltage for compressor is varied to get DC inverter technology for energy saving and quick cooling. thermostat signal is coupled to the micro-controller using optocoupler to change the output frequency
this circuit comprises a built-in SMPS switch mode power supply using TNY254 IC and a transformer to create 3.3V DC VCC for microprocessor. and a 6 V biasing voltage for half bridge SMPS driver IC IR2304 to drive MOSFET
