McKinsey vs BCG vs Bain: Which MBB consulting firm should you join? The question which top consulting firm to join has probably been puzzling generations of management consultants. It is undoubted that McKinsey, BCG and Bain are the largest and most reputable top consulting firms – but which of them should YOU join?

In this video, I answer this question once and for all. I at first compare McKinsey, BCG and Bain in terms of a number of important KPIs (key performance indicators), including their size and reputation. In the second part of the video, I give my first answer to the question “Which MBB consulting firm should you join?” and discuss the impact of some “softer aspects” on your decision, such as the MBB consulting firms’ service offerings and varying company cultures in McKinsey, BCG and Bain. In the third part though, I offer you a second answer to the main question, taking an alternative turn…
