Konstantinovsky Congress Centre (43.000 m2) is a competition design by Erick van Egeraat for an international competition in 2007. The project houses a congress centre, a chamber hall, a multifunctional foyer, hotel, business club and spa. The design forms a 21st century addition to Niccolo Micheti's sophisticated 18th century scheme for the grand Konstantinovsky Palace.
