In this video we're going to teach you how to ride rock gardens by breaking the skill down in to 3 simple steps that are not only easy to understand but simple to apply to your own riding.

Pretty much any trail you ride on your mountain bike will feature a couple of technical sections at the least, if you're not comfortable knowing how to ride rock gardens this can kill your flow, so in this video we cover the basics of unlocking these sections so you can experience a flow state on the trail like never before aka a Joyride.
