In this video, we spotlight Politoed for the Regulation H format for Pokemon Scarlet & Violet VGC. Politoed is an alternative option to Pelipper on Archaludon Rain teams, and it offers a few tools that Pelipper cannot, such as ice coverage (great into popular Dragons at the moment) along with Haze and Perish Song. These are great tools against set up Pokemon as well as Dondozo. Adding the trapping capablities of Gothitelle's Shadow Tag can really hurt opponents since they cannot switch for better positioning. From here, options like Incineroar & Rillaboom are mainstays while Basculegion can clean games up in the late game.
