SORAK RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
1-2 Tablespoons Oil
1 fresh green Chili slit lengthwise
6-8 fresh Curry Leaves
1 Onion sliced
1 Tomato diced
1 Tablespoon Tomato paste
250 grams [url:2]red Goan Paste[/url] or 1 1/2 cups or 8.8 oz
500 milliliter Veg Stock or Water+veg cube or 2 1/2 cups or 16.9 oz
Salt to taste
Souring Agent: either juice of one lime, 2-3 pieces kokum, 1 Tablespoon concentrated Tamarind Paste or 3 small fresh Cucumber tree fruits.
